1. According to the ordinary wiping, coat the glass with a dust-free cloth and see the water-free beads around the glass. If the glass is found, the screw holes have water drops, please use glass glue to make up.

2. Use a caliper to measure the distance between the inside of the glass and the LCD screen. If the strip exceeds 1 mm, please pay attention to the air-cooled structure design.

3. Check the internal board of the LCD screen, whether the line is clear, and whether the surface of the LCD screen is free from dust and stains.

4. Carefully watch the LCD screen bead and the support frame. According to the direction indicated on the backlight, check whether the LCD screen is placed properly.

5. Check the fan, insulation cotton, and protective net to see if the manufacturer is a real manufacturer.

6. Check the drive components such as the driver board, decoder board, terminal block, and power supply, and analyze them according to the standards of the Electronic Configuration Table.
